Shipping Policy

Have you just purchased something and want to know our shipping process? Here are some details:

  • Rocco & Co. use Courier post New Zealand for all domestic and international orders. 

  • All orders are packed and sent in 100% recycled bags (We are very earth friendly).

  • Items are wrapped in either brown packaging paper or green recycled bubble wrap.

  • Rocco & Co. strive to send packages out to customers ASAP, however because they are custom made please allow UP TO 2 WEEKS for an item to be made,

  • We have two types of shipping prices for domestic and international orders so you get to choose which one you like best - Either tracked or un-tracked.

  • Once an order has left the premises of Rocco & Co. it is NOT our responsibility for any lost packages. If you have selected tracked courier then we will do our best to follow up but no guarantee we can recover the package.

  • If you are in New Zealand and living rural or have a P.O. Box address please expect a surcharge on your order to cover costs of posting.

  • We do not accept physical pick ups as we work from our home.

  • We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties if purchasing from overseas. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Rocco & Co.  items but if you do need to do a refund or exchange for any reason, we understand...and here are the details:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

  • Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange - This includes only items with names.

This way we know to expect a package from you!
We will reply with a mailing address and info regarding your return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take 3-5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
